The problem

Reports live in spreadsheets and people's heads. Every number has three versions. Nobody trusts the dashboard enough to act on it.

What we deliver

We build the platform end to end: ingestion from ERP, e-commerce, CRM and operational systems, modelled tables with documented KPIs, pipelines that monitor themselves, access by role, and cost alerts. Then we hand it over with the runbooks, or keep running it.

The problem

Dashboards multiply, definitions drift, and the leadership meeting still runs on a spreadsheet someone updated by hand the night before.

We define the KPIs with their owners, build the reporting layer on top of the governed warehouse, and design the operating rhythm around it: what is reviewed weekly, by whom, with what threshold. Dashboards where they help, scheduled briefs where they help more.

The problem

Dashboards exist and nobody opens them. Insights arrive in the Monday meeting, a week after the margin moved.

Each agent has an owner, an evaluation suite and an escalation path. We have replaced dashboard tracking with proactive signals and reached full adoption doing it.

The problem
